Parking Fees : Long-term parking is provided at the rate of $10 per day - Cash Only - payable in advance - for the length of your cruise. Short-term parking is only provided for vehicles picking up passengers returning from their cruise. All other visitors must have the expressed written permission - invitation - of the cruise line or the Port of Philadelphia and Camden. Every vehicle driver must be prepared to show a valid government issued Photo Driver's License or Driver's License and another form of valid Photo ID. All vehicle passengers must be prepared to show a valid Photo ID.
Parking Information : Parking Instructions for The Philadelphia Cruise Terminal at Pier 1 - PNBC ENTRANCE: At the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC) entrance, all passenger vehicles will be directed down to the cruise terminal for luggage drop-off and discharge of passengers. Please make certain that fully executed luggage tags are prominently displayed on the luggage. Passengers should be prepared to present their ID to cruise line personnel. - Long-term Parking: You can either drive to the cruise terminal and drop off luggage prior to parking or you can park before proceeding to the cruise terminal. Please make certain that fully executed luggage tags are prominently displayed on the luggage. Please keep luggage items and personal effects you intend to carry on the ship with you at all times. Passengers should be prepared to present their ID and boarding documents to cruise line and port personnel upon arrival. If you park before you drop-off luggage, you will have the option of walking to the cruise terminal or boarding a shuttle from the parking lot to the cruise terminal. The long-term parking facility is located approximately one block (approximately 1,000 feet) from the cruise terminal. - Drop-offs: You will be directed to the cruise terminal where you will drop off your passengers and unload their luggage. Please make certain that fully executed luggage tags are prominently displayed on the luggage. Passengers should be prepared to present their ID and boarding documents to cruise line and port personnel upon arrival. - Cruise Line shuttles: If you purchased a package that includes airfare or hotel stay and this package includes a transfer from the airport or hotel please read the following: - A) Please make certain that each piece of luggage has a fully executed cruise line luggage tag prominently displayed before you leave the airport or hotel. - B) Please make certain you are familiar with the cruise lines' policy regarding items subject to confiscation.
Parking Directions : - From Points East of Philadelphia: From New Jersey traveling across the Benjamin Franklin Bridge or Walt Whitman Bridge - At the end of the bridge follow signs for I-95 South, and take I-95 South. Then follow directions for From Points North. - From New Jersey traveling across the Commodore Barry Bridge At the end of the bridge follow signs for I-95 North. Then follow directions for From Points South. - From Points North of Philadelphia: Take I-95 South to Exit 17 (Broad Street). At the bottom of the ramp turn LEFT at the second traffic light onto Broad Street and continue straight toward the Naval Business Center. You will be directed to turn LEFT to League Island Boulevard and proceed to parking and drop-off location. - From Points South of Philadelphia: Take I-95 North to Exit 17 (Broad Street). The off-ramp merges onto Broad Street North. Stay to the LEFT and turn LEFT at the first traffic light onto Zinkoff Blvd. At the next traffic light make a quick LEFT onto Broad Street South and continue straight towards the Naval Business Center. You will be directed to turn LEFT to League Island Boulevard and proceed to parking and drop-off location. (Please read the ADVISORY at top of this page). - Alternate path from the South: Take I-95 North to Exit 19 (Packer Avenue). The off-ramp splits, stay to the LEFT and merge onto Packer Avenue. Travel 1.0 mile to Broad Street and turn LEFT onto Broad Street South. Travel 1.0 mile to the Naval Business Center. You will be directed to turn LEFT to League Island Boulevard and proceed to parking and drop-off location. - 2nd alternate path from the South: Take I-95 North to Exit 13 (76 W 291 E Valley Forge). Stay in the RIGHT lane as you travel parallel to I-95. Follow 76 W 291 E Valley Forge signs across Platt Bridge. Continue straight thru traffic light at the end of the bridge. Go under the RAILROAD bridges and turn RIGHT at the next traffic light onto Pattison Avenue. At the 2nd traffic light turn RIGHT onto Broad Street South. Continue 0.5 mile to the Naval Business Center. You will be directed to turn LEFT to League Island Boulevard and proceed to parking and drop-off location. - From Points West of Philadelphia: Take I-76 East to Exit 349 (Broad Street). Bear RIGHT at the end of the off-ramp onto Broad Street South. Travel 1.0 mile to the Naval Business Center. You will be directed to turn LEFT to League Island Boulevard and proceed to parking and drop-off location. NOTE: The Broad Street/I-76 interchange will be under construction during 2003. Delays are possible. - Alternate path from the West: Take I-76 to Exit 350 (To Packer Avenue). At the traffic light at the end of the off-ramp turn RIGHT onto Packer Avenue. Travel 0.5 mile to Broad Street and turn LEFT onto Broad Street South. Travel 1.0 mile to the Naval Business Center. You will be directed to turn LEFT to League Island Boulevard and proceed to parking and drop-off location. - From the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take Exit 326 (Valley Forge). Travel East on I-76. Then follow directions for From Points West. - From I-476: Take I-476 South to I-95 North. Then follow directions for From Points South. - From Center City Philadelphia: Take Broad Street South past the Stadiums toward the Naval Business Center. You will be directed to turn LEFT to League Island Boulevard and proceed to parking and drop-off location.
